This is SO GOOD! I've tried to make my own version of this before using Mexican chocolate, but I've always fallen flat. This hits the mark perfectly!
I like to make it in the French Press, first pouring the hot water just barely over the grounds and letting them bloom. After a minute or so, I fill the rest of the press and stir, then cover. Meanwhile I foam some milk, pour a little milk in our mugs, top with the foam, then sprinkle ground Ibarra Mexican sweet chocolate on top. It's almost TOO good!
