I am currently using the French Roast to make batches of cold brew coffee. It is outstanding and holds up well with ice and creamer. Highly recommend!

Classic French roast

The description is spot on, it is a strong, bold, dark roast. There aren’t any specific flavor besides a hint of tobacco, which I am sure is a flavor from the bean, it is a very relaxing coffee.
