Peruvian beans from the Junin region, it is the better talented cousin of the more famous Brazil and Columbian coffees of South America. It is smoother and cleaner than it's cousins and is a crowd pleaser. Some of the treasure awaiting you in this medium to dark roast is hints of chocolate, molasses, roasted almond or citrus. This is a mellow, all-day-drinkable cup.

My wife and I have been enjoying this on pour over. We both drink our coffee black but this would also hold up well with milk or creamer of your choice. We will definitely be purchasing this roast again.
